Sports Nutrition.

Sarah is a Sports Dietitian Australia Fellow (Education), the only Sports Dietitian in NSW awarded this 
qualification and a Sports Dietitian Expert for Dietitians Association of Australia. She has been 
working with athletes for 28 years and held positions at the Australian Institute of Sport, NSW 
Institute of Sport, and Victorian Institute of Sport and thus is well qualified to help you or your team

Today’s athletes needs to address all areas of sports science when trying to maximise training and competition performances. Sports Nutrition has proven to play a vital role in athlete preparation. The training diet is an often neglected area, with athletes preferring to concentrate on race day strategies. The training diet is crucial to supporting endurance, weight training, strength programs, body fat reduction, maximising recovery....... Premature fatigue in training and racing is a common problem and generally an indicator of an inadequate or inappropriate training diet, hydration &/or competition diet.
